Pleiadian Pictures Launches in Toronto
Pleiadian Pictures creates, develops and produces locally driven film, television and digital media for global distribution. The founder, Jules L. Pitch is the creator, writer and executive producer of two television series, Safe Harbour and Play, which are both in the pre-development.

Jules L. Pitch is pleased to announce the official launching of Pleiadian Pictures, a film, television and digital media development and production company located in Toronto. Pitch is a graduate of the Vancouver Film School, Film Production.

He started his career working for executive producers Garry Blye and Mark Shekter at MircoTainment Plus International. While at MicroTainment, Jules was chosen as one of seven Trainee Applicant winners across Canada, by the Canadian Film and Television Production Association (CFTPA), for the Production Mentorship Programme. He then was the Production Manager Trainee on A&E’s Investigative Reports, Peace Love and Murder: The Ira Einhorn Story.

Pitch also produced and directed a music video for the artist John McCabe, produced and first assistant directed a music video for the band Gord’s Ramble that was featured on Much Music’s The Wedge and put into regular rotation, associate produced and first assistant directed short films, Museum of Love, The Social, and Ocean Wine which received the Gold Award for Best Experimental Film at the 1996 Charleston International Film Festival, and a Finalist Award for Best Short Subject at the 1995 Houston International Film Festival. 

Jules has been fortunate to develop relationships with conscious writers, directors, producers, and executive producers, that have led to the acceleration of his television projects.The first being, Safe Harbour, which has universal messages meant to remind humanity of the importance and power of nature, human connections, standing up for what is right and the realization of oneness through spiritual growth. The show takes notes from series like Parks and Recreation, Rutherford Falls and Schitt’s Creek.
